see through shed beyond the river in Snohomish.
the indoors becoming a picture frame of the outdoors.
two versions the second slightly softer.
an exploration of anything derelict, neglected, unloved, inconsequential, easily ignored, reclaimed, re edited, re purposed, recycled, remixed. And anything else out there we try to ignore, the stuff of the crevices of society. The places we don't go and don't talk about, the times we try to forget. A cinematic look at the shadows of our existence.

third and final installment of stilt homes
focus on the thistle- focus on the rock -
how many things in the foreground can i focus on- might make a good series in the right conditions.
a foreground of different levels of focus..
need more then just some thistles and a rock but for now thats good enough.

walking centralia 2008
if i had been drunk these are the photos i would have taken- alas there was no drunk just some bad night time photography on a digital point and shoot. pre dslr life.
we had gone to centralia for fathers day 2008. the first day we visited rich art. and we stayed and the McMenamins right on the man road, super cute room, no tv, shared bath all fine in this traveling life that did not include a dog or health issues that cause us to carry a juicer (amoungst other things) on the road with us.
We walked the night and the following day we went to the mimma mounds as well as to check out the local selection of yard birds.
