Many a town we did pass on the way from Pullman to Palouse Falls and then onto Ellensburg for one final night before home again.
But this one was at the turn off for the Falls and we had to enter and exit through it so i couldnt ignore it's splendor and on the way out everyone was very patient with me as i hopped from one empty building to the next.
Welcome to Washtucna, population 208.
the Tavern was still open and seemed hopping for a friday afternoon.
if i were rich i would buy the whole town and run it myself- from banker to barista.
