north yorkshire farm house in disrepair

out and about in north Yorkshire countryside, trying to drive past menwith hill . drove all around it super crazy set up guards everywhere,automatic weaponry galore, us just driving with no stopping got us followed by several suvs with blacked out windows, seriously.

we couldnt't stop we couldn't photograph we just kept driving past and around til we came upon this old neglected farm house and no one here seemed to be bothered (nor were there weapons)

although not at all abandoned it is a relic and a maintained wreck of a space. what a lovely days walk on the grounds of bolton abbey. we spent a night at the hotel (the devonshire arms, just up the road ) courtesy of my good friend andrew's parents who helped our journey up for me to be in their son's fashion show. all of this is the land of the duke and dutchess of devonshire.
