originally this was the Firland Sanatorium for TB patients.
Reading about TB now- what they thought of TB patients back then...that the sexes needed very much to be separated due to a strentgthened and heighteneed randiness that was present in TB patients...
never heard of that til researching the history of the TB facilities in seattle.
