inhabited and yet partially in ruins, i did not see any rich looking farmsteads while journeying east.
mostly double wides with some sort of wooden decomposition occurring in the form of the older farm buildings - it's sad to know this land has been raped so of it's nutrients and the people who tend it probably in the indentured servitude of some agricultural monolith.
but there is life - and so too is there in the many homes that look like their hay day was say 100 years ago.
